Powered flue.

Even if you don't have a chimney, there's an excellent chance that we can install a convector fire in your home. All we need is to make a small flue hole in an outside wall.
Providing the fire is to be situated near an outside cavity wall between 300 and 500 mm thick, and there are both gas and electricity supplies nearby, a powered flue can be installed.

The weatherproof extractor unit fits neatly to the outside of the wall.

A built-in safety feature ensures the fire can only be lit when the fan is running.

The flue is acoustically dampened to minimise noise from the fan.

Gas stoves can also be installed in a similar way.

Gazco 'Riva' fire with balanced flue. This one needs no hearth.
